eNROLLMENT

The art classes are designed for adults. Exceptions may be made for mature teenagers (ages 14–17), depending on the class and instructor. Please call the Suzanne at (619) 861-6476 to inquire if a class is appropriate for a teenager. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Early enrollment is encouraged. Enroll by telephone, in person, online, or by mail. Suzanne sends registration confirmations one week prior to the start of each class or workshop via email. 

TUITION PAYMENT

Tuition must be paid in full to ensure a place in a class, workshop, tour, or concert. Tuition must be paid in full by the beginning of the first class meeting. We do not prorate class tuition. Please, no visitors. If you wish to sit in on a class, you must enroll. 

REFUND POLICY

If a student needs to withdraw from a class or workshop, a full refund will be given up to one week prior to the first class session. No class credits or refunds will be given after this deadline. Sorry, no exceptions.

CREDITS

Credits will be valid and kept on file for a period of 1 year, after which time they will expire. 

CANCELLATIONS

Suzanne reserves the right to cancel classes and workshops prior to or at the beginning of the first class meeting. A full refund will be given automatically unless a student would like to apply the funds to another available class. We reserved the right to refuse service to anybody. 

ONLINE CLASS PURCHASES

Classes purchased online may be subject to fees and delivery charges. 

REFERRAL PROGRAM 

Students who refer two or more new students to take classes will receive a 20% discount on their next class. Students who refer three or more new students to take classes will be eligible 30% off their next class.
