SUZANNE HANSEN OFELDT

I am an installation artists who works in the medium of photography.  
My process is to work with collections of images that deal in the ideas of cycles of trauma, human relationships, found and staged narratives about breaking up, identity, absurdity, music, pop culture.  I use my own belongings and objects, and some that I source from modern stores and resale shops to construct unusual and challenging still lifes.   
Thematically i’m playing with romance, pop culture, advertising, the way people deal with romance, maximalism and abundance and photographing them.
