We love private events at the The New Children's Museum. It's an opportunity to create images at the museum that we and our clients have been dreaming of.

This rare opportunity is ideal for people who like art, photography, celebrating, or gift giving. Come by yourself or with someone you love. Maybe you will share your images on Mother's Day, Father's Day, Summer Solstice, or give them to your mom, dad, grandparents, kiddo or decorate your pets room. The point I'd like to make is - all are welcome here and we want to make sure you feel seen. I will bring great ideas and inspiration to your session.

We will be creating your portraits at Whammock! The Wonder Sound, and The Rain House.

Whammock! is an interactive, three-dimensional textile environment of colorful crocheted hexagons, open pockets and hanging pendulums.

The Rain House has been a signature piece welcoming visitors since the Museum opened in 2008. The walls are covered in Silva’s paintings and text that emphasize the freedom of birds to travel across cultural and national boundaries, while the roof is rained upon by real water.

The Wonder Sound: Drawing influence from tree houses, empowered neighborhoods, canyons at night, sacred plants, silhouetted mountain ranges in the distance, animals that have never been seen, original stories, forgotten histories, whispered languages, ancient footpaths, imaginary places and the human condition, The Wonder Sound is an entirely new and complex culture that blends fact and fiction, the tangible and the ephemeral. It is a work of art that you physically enter into and discover.

Your photographer will be Suzanne, Misha or Kaleb from Shewanders Photography.
Turn around time is 7-12 days every effort will be made to turn them around as quickly as possible.
