Hi! I'm Elissa, an intern at Shewanders from San Franscisco. As we start a new season we shed the summer mindset and transition to the (only slightly) cooler months of fall. My sister is making one of the biggest transitions into adulthood this fall, she’s going to college! She's preparing to end her high school years but she's not quite ready to be an adult in the real world. It’s made me think of the transitions everyone make as the Fall starts. If you’re starting something new write a list of goals for the future. If you’re ending something and shedding the old then take time to reflect on your experiences and write down what you have learned from them. Transitions can be crazy times and it's always helpful for me to look back at what I have accomplished and what I'm working towards.
